Share your interview-backed profile with hiring managers. Choose who can access your evidence, then review activity for each link.
An opening or playback event does not prove someone read the report or watched attentively. Email verification confirms access to an email address, not a person’s job title.
AI can help anyone write a polished application. Your advantage is the experience behind the words. Give a hiring manager a chance to hear your explanations, see your judgment and inspect the assessment—not just scan another list of keywords.
Don’t stop at saying you can do the work. Give them something they can review. Interview evidence complements your resume; it does not replace every employer’s hiring process.
These are examples of interview topics, not blanket verification of every skill or qualification.
Explain architecture choices, debug a scenario and discuss testing, security and trade-offs.
Walk through analytical reasoning, data quality, experiment design and communicating findings.
Demonstrate discovery, objection handling, account judgment and customer communication.
Describe prioritization, delivery risks, stakeholder decisions and measurable outcomes.
Discuss team development, decision-making, conflict and the reasoning behind business choices.
Respond to role-relevant scenarios and explain procedures, judgment and customer care.
A spoken explanation is not a hands-on coding test, professional license check or prediction of future job performance.
Recorded responses, transcript and AI-generated skill feedback provide context behind the assessment. Missing or incomplete evidence must not be presented as a completed verification.
Your certificate identifies the assessment date and sealing time, and links to the assessed record. Sealing protects record integrity; it does not prove every statement is true.
Where enabled and available, monitoring can flag possible assistance or session anomalies for review. Network-derived location is approximate; VPNs and shared networks can affect it. A flag is not proof of fraud.
Identity, employment, education and professional licenses are labeled verified only after their own checks. They are not included automatically.
Your certified resume combines your resume with a recorded, role-specific interview and SealHire’s AI assessment. The certification identifies the skills assessed and the integrity checks completed—not every claim on your resume.
SealHire is the assessment provider, separate from the candidate. The assessment is AI-generated; it is not an endorsement by an employer, an accredited qualification or a promise of employment.
Not automatically. Each requires its own verification process and a separate label identifying what was checked. An interview recording, an email check or an approximate location does not establish legal identity.
Choose your role and seniority, then try one free 10-minute preview. Review your private feedback before taking a separate 30-minute certification assessment. Only the full assessment creates a certified resume you can share.
Use interview evidence alongside your resume, especially when a hiring manager wants to see how you reason. Employers may still require a conventional resume and their own assessments. No interview or job outcome is guaranteed.
